Please call Customer Service toll free at 877-748-1699 for a Return Authorization Number. Your Customer Service Representative will ask you to place this number on the outside of your return carton to speed up the processing of your return and any credits you may have. Shipping fees are not refundable, unless, of course you are returning defective merchandise or merchandise we shipped in error. Please note that we can only refund shipping costs for UPS ground service or Parcel Post. Please do not ship merchandise back by other methods.

All returned merchandise must be packed to avoid damaging in transit and needs to include all original packaging and paperwork in order to receive a refund, credit or replacement item.

Defective Merchandise
Please keep all owner's manuals and warranties you receive with your merchandise. In the unlikely event an item becomes defective, refer to the warranty information you received for proper handling procedures.
