How do I return an item?
Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number. Your Customer Service Representative will ask you to place this number on the outside of your return carton to speed up the processing of your return and any credits you may have.
Shipping fees are not refundable, unless, of course you are returning defective merchandise or merchandise we shipped in error.
All returned merchandise must be packed to avoid damaging in transit and needs to include all original packaging and paperwork in order to receive a refund, credit or replacement item.
